general contractor specializing in the management and performance of
fixed price, negotiated, and design/build contracts, including
historical restoration for Government and other clients. We have been in
business since 1993. We have worked with owners, architects, and
engineers to construct or renovate more than 15 million square feet of
housing, office space, recreation facilities, hospitals, and industrial
space. NASTOS has performed single projects valued at $8 million and
more.

NASTOS works with more than
120 subcontractors in the Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington
Metropolitan Area. Many of the smaller firms got their start on our projects
and have been performing work with us for several years now.

Among other types of
contracts, NASTOS project management and estimating division has highly
developed, first hand experience working with task order contracts. Combined
they have over 75 years of construction experience.

Capacity and Contract Mobilization Experience to Meet Clients Expectations.
We are experienced in all of
the financial and administrative aspects of construction work, and have the
managerial resources necessary to successfully mobilize an effective work
force on short notice. We are committed to meeting the owners requirements
to quickly mobilize a work force, and provide all financial and management
services that are required. We have a bonding capability of $20 million for
single projects and up to $50 million aggregate.

Work Requirements Through Established Procedures and Processes.
NASTOS operates with a sense
of urgency and strives to meet all deadlines, including proposals,
performance scheduling, reporting, testing, and in general problem solving.
We address warranty issues in a timely manner, and maintain good
communications with our clients, as necessary, following contract
completion. The layers of management between our craftspeople and company
management operations are kept to a minimum to make sure that communication
and decisions are made in the most efficient manner and in the shortest
possible time.
