Over the past ten years Nastos Construction Inc. has evolved into a professionally managed company with an objective of providing quality jobs on time. Mr. Manuel Santos founded the company along with a group of young professionals. The company has grown exponentially from its inception to the quality conscious and professional organization it now is.
Nastos Construction Inc. is committed to its mission statement, which is: 'Maintaining confidence and trust with owners, subcontractors and suppliers'. The bonding capacity has grown considerably in its five years since inception. With current bonding of 7-8 Million, for an individual job, and 15 Million aggregate.
We take pride in the fact that we have never had a contract terminated. We have completed all of our contracts within the contractual time restraints and cost limits. As of now, the company continues to look for new challenges, opportunities and new ways to be of service to the community.

Nastos Construction Inc. is a certified 8A company accredited by United States Small Business Administration. We are also a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Maryland Department of Transportation and Prince GeorgeÕs County Public Schools.

Subcontractors
The Company has a very strong pool of subcontractors/suppliers in the Washington DC/ Baltimore Area. Our pre-qualification of subcontractors is based on the following factors:
1. Financial status
2. Past performance for quality, schedule and experience in similar project experience
3. Ability to provide women and Minority business enterprise participation.
4. Safety record.
As a policy we extend all possible financial support to all qualified subcontractors in meeting material and payroll expenses.
