Project scope of work includes construction of asphalt access roads, construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls, small building slab, construction of a small metal bldg., relocation of an existing gate attendant’s booth, extension of small diameter on-site water system, electrical system improvements and construction of bio-retention storm water management facility.
